    WBJEE JELET 2026: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) will conduct the Joint Entrance Lateral Entry Test (JELET-2026) for admission into the 2nd year (3rd semester) of B.Tech/B.E and B.Pharm courses in colleges across West Bengal.

    This entrance exam allows Diploma and B.Sc. students to take direct admission into the second year of engineering or pharmacy programs in universities, government colleges, and private institutes in the state.

    The JELET-2026 exam is tentatively scheduled for 13 June 2026, while the online application process is expected to start from 19 March 2026.

    Students who want to pursue B.Tech lateral entry in West Bengal must appear in this examination.

    Educational Qualification

    Applicants must have:

    Option 1: Diploma Holders

    • Diploma in Engineering / Technology / Pharmacy
    • Minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD)

    Option 2: B.Sc Graduates

    • B.Sc Degree with Mathematics as a subject
    • Minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved categories).

    Nationality

    • The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
