Educational Qualification
Candidates should have completed or be in the final year of:
- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering (full-time)

Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be appointed as Engineer Trainees for one year.
During training, they will receive:
- ₹30,000 monthly stipend

- OPD coverage of ₹6,000 annually
After successful completion of the training programme, candidates may be offered a permanent position as Assistant Manager (IL6) with an annual CTC of ₹7.4 lakh plus additional company benefits.
