Rail Wheel Factory Recruitment 2025–26: The Rail Wheel Factory (RWF), Bengaluru, under the Ministry of Railways, has officially released a notification for Act Apprentice Recruitment 2025–26, offering a great opportunity for ITI-qualified candidates across India.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement as Apprentices under the Apprentices’ Act, 1961, in the under-mentioned designated trades for the year 2025-26 in this Factory. The requirement given below is tentative, and this administration reserves the right to modify it:-
According to the official notification, a total of 192 apprentice vacancies have been announced across multiple trades.

Eligibility Criteria for Rail Wheel Factory Recruitment
Age Limit (as on 01 March 2026)
- Minimum: 15 years
- Maximum: 24 years
- Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have:
- Passed 10th (Matriculation) with at least 50% marks
- Possess ITI certificate in the relevant trade from a recognized institute (NCVT)
Selection Process
Selection will be based purely on merit:
- Merit list prepared using marks obtained in the 10th class
- No written exam or interview
- In case of tie:
- Older candidate will be preferred
- If still equal, higher marks in 10th will be considered
Stipend Details
Selected apprentices will receive monthly stipend:
- Most trades: around ₹12,261 per month
- CNC Programming trade: around ₹10,899 per month
