IndianOil Panipat Refinery Walk-In Interview 2026: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has announced a walk-in interview for the engagement of Consultant Specialists, Consultant Super-Specialists, and Other Clinicians at its Panipat Refinery and Petrochemical Complex in Haryana. The recruitment drive aims to appoint experienced medical professionals on a part-time contract basis to strengthen healthcare services at the refinery hospital.

The interviews will be conducted on 20, 21, and 22 January 2026.

About the Recruitment

IndianOil is one of India’s largest public sector enterprises, and its Panipat Refinery operates a dedicated hospital to provide healthcare services to employees and their families. To meet growing medical requirements, the refinery has invited applications from qualified doctors across several specialties.

The appointments will be contractual and part-time in nature, based on hospital requirements and visiting schedules.

• General Surgeon – 2 posts

• ENT Surgeon – 6 posts
• Dermatologist – 4 posts

Educational Qualification and Experience

Applicants must possess:

• MBBS with MD/DNB/MS/DM in the relevant specialty
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience after MD/DNB/MS or DM
• For psychologists and therapists, a Master’s degree and relevant diploma with experience is mandatory

Experience must be supported by valid certificates.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 65 years
• Age will be calculated as on 1 January 2026

Working Schedule

• Engagement will be on a part-time basis
• Visiting frequency ranges from 1 to 7 days per week
• Each visit will be for 3 to 4 hours, depending on department requirements
