Pay Scale and Approximate CTC

- Engineer / Officer: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (CTC approx. ₹19.99 lakh per annum)
- Assistant – HR: ₹32,000 – ₹1,28,000 (CTC approx. ₹10.50 lakh per annum)
- Junior Assistant – HR: ₹29,000 – ₹1,20,000 (CTC approx. ₹9.56 lakh per annum)
The CTC includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA, perks, leave encashment, and retirement benefits.
Eligibility Conditions for Engineers India Limited Recruitment
Only candidates with 40% or more permanent disability are eligible to apply. The cut-off date for determining age, qualification, and experience is 31 December 2025.
Key qualification highlights include:
- Deputy Manager (CSR): Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Economics, Social Sciences, or MBA in HR/Sustainability with 65% marks and 4 years’ experience
- Deputy Manager (Corporate Planning): Engineering degree with MBA or postgraduate degree in Economics/Commerce with MBA and 4 years’ experience
- Engineer (Projects): BE/BTech/BSc (Engg.) with 1 year experience
- Officer (Finance): Graduate with CA/CWA and 1 year experience
- Officer (Rajbhasha): Master’s degree in Hindi/English with 5 years’ experience
- Assistant / Junior Assistant HR: Graduate with HR diploma preferred and 5–9 years’ experience
Age Limit and Relaxation
The upper age limit ranges from 38 to 49 years, depending on the post. The age limits already include PwD relaxation. Additional relaxation is available for:
- SC/ST – 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 years
- Ex-servicemen and departmental candidates – as per rules
Selection Process
- Deputy Manager, Engineer, and Officer posts: Interview (physical or video conferencing)
- Assistant and Junior Assistant posts: Skill Test
Only shortlisted candidates will be informed through email. EIL may restrict the number of candidates called based on qualification and experience.
