Eligibility Criteria for Bharat Electronics Recruitment
Educational Qualification
- Full-time BE / BTech / BSc (Engineering) in relevant discipline for Trainee Engineer
- Full-time MBA (Finance) or M.Com for Trainee Officer
- Degree must be from an AICTE/UGC-approved institution
- Pass class is sufficient
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)
- General & EWS: Not more than 28 years
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
- OBC-NCL: 3 years relaxation
- PwBD: Additional 10 years relaxation (minimum 40% disability)
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated remuneration:
- 1st Year: ₹30,000
- 2nd Year: ₹35,000
- 3rd Year (if extended): ₹40,000
Additional benefits include:
- ₹12,000 per year towards insurance, attire, footwear, and related expenses
- Area allowance of 10% of salary for postings outside Kotdwara where BEL facilities are unavailable
- Medical and life insurance coverage
Career Growth Opportunity
Candidates who complete two years as Trainee Engineer or Officer with strong performance may be considered for promotion to Project Engineer-I / Officer-I. This comes with higher responsibility and eligibility for a retention bonus of up to ₹1,00,000 after completing the full tenure.
