    West Bengal Youth Computer Training Centre: The Government of West Bengal has launched the Youth Computer Training Centre (YCTC) initiative to expand digital education and technical skills among young people across the state. The programme has been introduced under the leadership of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and is implemented by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, Government of West Bengal in collaboration with several authorized computer training agencies.

    The initiative aims to provide affordable computer education and modern digital skills to students and youth so they can improve their employability in the digital economy.

    Objective of the Scheme

    The primary goal of the Youth Computer Training Centre programme is to ensure that young people from different parts of West Bengal can access quality computer training at a low cost.
